3:27 | lock them up and put them in camps but

3:29 | perhaps one of the most troubling and

3:31 | wellth thought out plans is the move to

3:33 | reclassify federal workers under what is

3:35 | known as schedule F now I’m going to get

3:38 | a little HR heavy but please stick with

3:40 | me because it’s so important now there

3:42 | are two types of federal employees the

3:44 | first group are merit-based workers

3:46 | these are career positions these people

3:48 | have earned them through going to school

3:50 | getting work experience they’re either

3:52 | considered experts or they could be a

3:54 | part of the support staff these people

3:55 | are hired because they know their stuff

3:57 | think an engineer at NASA or scientist

4:00 | at the FDA and their federal jobs have

4:05 | will or appointed workers these
